To recommend the best exhibidor, we’ll ask for:

• Product Dimensiones
• Product weight
• Number of products per Repisas
• Estimated order quantity
• Your logo and brand information (if available)

The more information you provide, the better we can recommend the ideal exhibidor solution.

Once we review your project, we’ll send you a detailed quotation including:

• Exhibidor modelo or custom structure
• Material
• Exhibidor Dimensiones
• Pricing

Once the quotation is approved, your project is ready to move to the design stage.

To begin your project, a 50% deposit is required.
Once payment is received, we’ll begin the design process

Our graphic design service is available for $65.00.
We’ll ask you to provide:

• Logo
• Product images
• Brand colors
• Text
• Packaging artwork (if available)

Our design team will prepare the artwork based on the selected exhibidor structure.

Once the artwork is completed, we’ll send you a digital proof showing exactly how your exhibidor will look.
You may request revisions before moving to the next Paso.

After the digital artwork has been approved, we’ll produce a physical sample of your exhibidor.
We’ll send you photos of the physical sample so you can verify the structure, printing, colors, and overall appearance before production begins.

Once you approve the physical sample, your project is ready for production.
Production only begins after your final approval has been received.

After your final approval, we begin manufacturing your exhibidor.
Every exhibidor is professionally printed, cut, assembled, and inspected before shipping.
Our standard production time is approximately 5–7 business days after final approval.

Once production is complete, the remaining 50% balance must be paid before your order can be shipped or picked up.

Shipping costs are not included in the quotation and are calculated separately based on:

• Destination
• Package Dimensiones
• Weight

Once the shipping cost has been confirmed, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges before the order is dispatched.
Customers may also arrange their own shipping carrier or pick up their order at our Miami facility.
Once payment has been completed, your order will be carefully packed and prepared for shipment or local pickup.
